ORDER : The prayer in the Writ Petition is for a Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records relating to the order passed by the second respondent in his proceedings Na.Ka.No.A2/4175/2009 dated 27.01.2011 and quash the same as illegal and consequently to direct the second respondent to grant running license to the petitioner by considering the petitioner's application dated 12.10.2009. 2. Even though as per the affidavit filed in the writ petition, the petitioner fairly stated that the application for approval has been returned for complying with the condition in the approval given by the Town and Country Planning, the prayer in the writ petition is to consider his application dated 12.10.2009 to grant running licence. 3. It is very clearly stated that since it has not obtained the licence concerned, the factory will be closed or sealed on 04.02.2011. Therefore, on the date of filing of the writ petition, it did not have a valid licence. 4. Now, it is represented that he is not aware that the petitioner is unable to contact the client, but it is understood that the licence has been granted. If the licence is granted, then there is no need for a writ petition as on date. 5. Therefore, this writ petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous petition is also closed.
