JUDGMENT : TARLOK SINGH CHAUHAN, J. 1. By the medium of the instant writ petition, the petitioner, on the grounds taken in the memo of writ petition, has sought the following main relief: "(a) That the Respondents may be directed to implement the Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1940 in its letter and spirit in the State of Himachal Pradesh in the larger public interest and also to meet the intention of the Legislator." 2. Accordingly, we deem it proper to dispose of the writ petition by directing the respondents/concerned Authority to implement the provisions of the Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1940, in letter and spirit, and report compliance, within three months, before the Registrar (Judicial). Ordered accordingly. 3. Pending CMPs, if any, also stand disposed of.
