ORDER : The prayer in the Writ Petition is for a Mandamus to direct the respondent to grant educational loan to the petitioner's son namely Makeshboopathiraja S/o Ravichandran, studying at B.E. First Year E.C.E in Maamallan Institute of Technology (A Jeppiaar Institution) Jeppiaar Maamallan Nagar, Sriperumpudur-602 108 pursuant to the educational loan application dated 25.09.2015. 2. At the time of hearing, the learned Counsel appearing for the respondent bank submitted that no application has been received so far by the respondent bank. 3. Recording the above statement, the writ petition is dismissed with liberty to file fresh application. No costs.
