ORDER : I.A. 1/2016 1. The apprehension which has been voiced by the applicants in this I.A. is that the students who had passed All India Post Graduate Medical Entrance Examination or All India Post Graduate Dental Examination but who are residents of States other than Madhya Pradesh are not likely to be given admission in pursuance of the counseling done by the State. 2. The learned counsel appearing for the State of Madhya Pradesh, in pursuance of instructions received from the Joint Director, Medical Education Department, has submitted that so far as general category is concerned, even the students who are not residents of Madhya Pradesh would be considered at the time of counseling for giving admission in private colleges of Madhya Pradesh as per the rules and regulations. 3.
