At the request of the learned counsel for the petitioners, the name of respondent no.2 is ordered to be deleted from the array of respondents, at the risk and responsibility of the petitioners. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioners states, that the entire factual position depicted in paragraphs 6 and 7 of the impugned order is false and incorrect. 3. Issue notice. 4. Mr. D.K. Garg, Advocate accepts notice on behalf of all the legal heirs of deceased respondent no.1, and seeks a short adjournment, so as to enable him to file counter affidavit. 5. Counter affidavit be filed within three weeks. 6. List thereafter. 7. Parties are directed to maintain status quo, as it exists today, in the meantime.
