This intra court appeal is directed against the order dated 7.6.2016 passed by the learned Single Judge of Itanagar Bench of this High Court, whereby she has dismissed appellant’s WP(C) No. 283(AP)2016. 4. The appellant is Block Education Officer-cum-District Project Coordinator in the Education Department, State of Arunachal Pradesh. He has remained posted as such at Daporijo since last more than 3 years. The Director of Elementary Education, vide order dated 26.5.2016, has transferred the appellant from Daporijo to Kra Daadi District, Jamin. Aggrieved, the appellant filed WP(C) 283(AP)2016 and argued that he has been transferred at the behest of MLA mainly to accommodate Respondent No. 4. But the learned Single Judge disagreed with the appellant and has dismissed his petition by the impugned order. 5. The learned Single Judge has held that the appellant has been transferred after 3 years from the place of his last posting. It appears that large number of complaints were received against the appellant. Therefore, a representation was made for his posting elsewhere. Whatever it may be, since the appellant has been transferred after 3 years of his posting at a particular place, we find no good ground to interfere with the impugned order. It is well settled that transfer is an incidence of service and an officer is not expected to remain at one place for all times to come. The appeal has no merit and is accordingly dismissed.
