ORDER : The writ petition has been filed for a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records of the impugned communication of the second respondent in Ka.No.U.Se.Po/Pa/Ko.Pudur/Ko.Thattu/A.No.349/09 dated 24.09.2009 and quash the same as illegal and consequently direct the first and second respondents to transfer the electricity connection in S.C.No.101-017-452 to petitioner's name from the third respondents name forthwith within the stipulated by this Court. 2. As rightly pointed out by the learned Counsel appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 that even in the reply dated 24.09.2009 which is extracted below: XXX XXX XXX it is brought to the notice of this Court that even way back in the year 2011, the suit itself is dismissed. Therefore, there is no impediment to the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the claim of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 3. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous petition is closed.
