ORDER : The prayer in the Writ Petition is for a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the entire records relating to the impugned tender notification published by the second respondent vide his proceedings in Na.Ka.No.B3/3662/2015 dated 08.02.2016 and to quash the same as illegal and consequently to direct the respondents to conduct the fresh tender by providing sufficient time and tender schedules to the petitioner so as to enable him to participate in the above tender. 2. Mr.K.Guru, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents. 3. By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal. 4. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing at 01.00 p.m., the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, on instructions, submitted that the respondents will give a tender schedule to the petitioner today before 02.00 p.m, so that he is able to participate in the auction to be held on 16.02.2016. 5. Recording the submissions of the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, the writ petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous petitions are also closed.
