ORDER : The prayer in the Writ Petition is for a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondent to consider the Revision Petition dated 20.05.2015 filed by the petitioner against the order passed by the Revenue Divisional Officer dated 09.10.2014 in his proceedings Nee.Muu.A3/5854/2014. 2. Mr.S.Kumar, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondent. 3. By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal. 4. According to the communication given by the District Revenue Officer, Tirunelveli, to the learned Additional Government Pleader dated 08.02.2016, the revision petition is pending before the District Revenue Officer Court. 5. In view of the above, the respondent is directed to take up the revision of the petitioner dated 20.05.2015, and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
