ORDER : The writ petition has been filed for a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records of the impugned communication of the second respondent in Ka.No.U.Se.Po/Pa/Ko.Pudur/Ko.Thattu/A.No.349/09 dated 24.09.2009 and quash the same as illegal and consequently direct the first and second respondents to transfer the electricity connection in S.C.No.101-017-452 to petitioner's name from the third respondents name forthwith within the stipulated by this Court. 2. As rightly pointed out by the learned Counsel appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 that even in the reply dated 24.09.2009 which is extracted below: it is brought to the notice of this Court that even way back in the year 2011, the suit itself is dismissed. Therefore, there is no impediment to the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the claim of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 3. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous petition is closed.
