ORDER : The petitioner seeks for a Mandamus directing the first respondent to instruct the second respondent to implement his proceedings in Na.Ka.No2836/2015/F1, dated 30.06.2015 and to maintain the Kamarajar Children's Park, NRT Nagar, Theni Town and District by considering his representation dated 12.06.2015. 2. The grievance of the petitioner is that the Kamarajar Children's Park, NRT Nagar, Theni Town is not maintained properly in spite of a representation given by him on 12.06.2015. The petitioner also relied on a communication dated 30.06.2015 issued by the second respondent in this aspect indicating that the park has not maintained properly. 3. It is stated that the 3rd respondent society is the authority, who has to maintain park. In any event, as the petitioner has already made a representation to the first respondent as well, I only direct the first respondent to look into the matter and take appropriate steps for maintaining the park by issuing appropriate direction to the concerned authority. Such exercise shall be done by the first respondent without loss of further time, however, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
