ORDER : This petition is filed to punish the contemner, the respondent for the willful disobedience of the order in W.P.(MD)No.20313 of 2014 dated 12.12.2014. 2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is submitted by the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent/contemnor that the order passed by this Court in W.P.(MD)No.20313 of 2014, dated 12.12.2014, has been complied with. 3. The contemnor/respondent is also present before this Court. His appearance is dispensed with. 4.
