ORDER : The learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner filed this writ petition seeking for a Mandamus to direct the respondents 1 to 5 to conduct enquiry and to take appropriate legal action against the sixth respondent on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 04.02.2016. 2. It is pertinent to note that the representation of the petitioner dated 04.02.2016 has been received by the respondents on 05.02.2016. Without giving sufficient time to the respondents, the petitioner has rushed to this Court by way of this writ petition. 3. At this juncture, the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect. 4. However, in view of the above stated position, this Court is inclined to grant permission to withdraw the writ petition on condition that the petitioner shall pay a sum of Rs.2,000/- (Rupees Two Thousand only) to the High Court Legal Services Committee, attached to this Bench today itself. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
