ORDER : These Writ petitions are filed for a Writ of Mandamus to direct the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 16.10.2015, seeking Old Age Pension to the petitioner within the time stipulated fixed by this Court. 2. Mr. J.Gunaseelan Muthiah, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondents. 3. By consent, these writ petitions itself are taken up for final disposal. 4. Though both the petitioners are old age people and they seek for Old Age Pension, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents pointed out small discrepancy that the representation has been addressed to the District Collector, Madurai, however, the same has been despatched to the District Collector, Ramanathapuram District, as per the acknowledgement in Page No.7. 5. In view of the above, the petitioners are directed to make fresh representation to the District Collector, Madurai, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On such representation is made by the petitioners, the District Collector, Madurai, is directed to consider the same and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible. 6. With the above direction, these Writ Petitions stands disposed of. No costs.
