JUDGMENT : Kurian, J. 1. Leave granted. 2. The appellants before this Court aggrieved by the Judgment dated 14.09.2015 passed by the High Court of Judicature at Bombay, Bench at Aurangabad in Second Appeal No. 772 of 2013. 3. The dispute relates to partition in the family. It is heartening to note that during the pendency of the appeal, the parties have entered a compromise and the Deed of compromise duly signed by the parties has been filed on 25th April, 2016, by way of an additional affidavit dated 20th April, 2016. 4. Therefore, the appeal is disposed of. The Deed of Compromise dated 18.04.2016 will form part of this decree.
