JUDGMENT Hon’ble Sudhanshu Dhulia, J. Heard D.C.S. Rawat, learned counsel for the applicants, Ms. Mamta Joshi, learned Brief Holder for the State and perused the records. 2. The applicant is in jail being implicated in Case Crime/F.I.R. No. 14 of 2015 which has been registered under Sections 365/302/201 of I.P.C. at Police Station I.T.I. Choki, Kashipur, District Udham Singh Nagar. 3. The first bail application of the applicant has been rejected by this Court vide order dated 28.08.2015. Now the applicant has moved the second application before this Court. There is absolutely no new ground in the second bail. 4. Considering the overall circumstances of the case, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the applicant. Accordingly the bail application is rejected. 5. However, considering the fact that the applicant is in jail since 20.02.2015 as well as the fact that the trial has already been commenced, the trial court is hereby directed to expedite the trial, preferably on the day-to-day basis. It is further made clear that the trial court shall not grant any unnecessary adjournment to any of the parties and in case. 6. It is made clear that any observations made by this Court are only for the purposes of disposal of the bail application. It shall not be taken into consideration at all in any other proceedings.
