JUDGMENT 1. The petitioner has filed the writ petition for the following relief-- i. Mandamus; Directing the respondent No. 2 to recommend the name of the petitioner for appointment as teacher in Jammu District as the petitioner is selected by operation of the waiting list vide notice No. CEOJ/23705-07 dated 04.09.2016 in pursuance of the advertisement notice No. 5 item No. 478 at serial No. 75 in RBA category. ii. Mandamus directing the respondent No. 4 to issue the appointment letter in favour of the petitioner and allow the petitioner to join as Teacher in Jammu District. iii. Any other relief which this Hon’ble Court may deem fit and appropriate in favour of the petitioner against the respondents. 2. The petitioner states that her name was short-listed and she was interviewed for the post of Teacher in District Cadre Jammu in pursuance of Advertisement Notice No. 5 of 2013. Respondent No. 2 issued the select list and the name of the petitioner figured at S. No. 02 under RBA category. In the subsequent wait list issued vide notice No. CEOJ/23705-07 dated 04.09.2016, the petitioner finds place at S. No. 75. 3. Grievance of the petitioner is that her name has not been considered and she has not been appointed even though she is eligible. The petitioner states that all necessary documents required for consideration of her claim including bonafide certificate, graduation degree and verification certificate were submitted but the said documents have not been enclosed. 4. Considered. 5. In any event, the petitioner is at liberty to make a representation to the authority concerned setting out her claim on the basis of the record. 6. In this view of the matter, the writ petition is disposed of by giving liberty to the petitioner to resubmit all the documents to the authority namely respondent Nos. 2 and 4 within a period of one week from the date of receipt of copy of this order and the respondents shall consider the same within a period of three weeks thereafter in light of the record submitted by the petitioner. 7. The writ petition is accordingly disposed of as above.
