JUDGMENT : Mansoor Ahmad Mir, CJ. Mr. Ranjan Sharma, learned counsel for the respondent, stated at the Bar that the department has granted the benefit to the juniors, but has not granted the same to the respondent-writ petitioner. His statement is taken on record. 2. It is apt to record herein that this Court has passed the judgment under review on 14th July, 2014, is well reasoned. No case for review is made out in terms of mandate of Section 114 of the Code of Civil Procedure (for short ?CPC?) read with Order 47 CPC and the review petition merits to be dismissed. 3. Viewed thus, the review petition, on the face of it, is not maintainable. The review petitioners-writ respondents are directed to comply with the directions made by this Court in the judgment under review. 4. It is made clear that the judgment under review and this judgment shall not be treated as a precedent. 5. The review petition is dismissed accordingly alongwith all pending applications.
