JUDGMENT : Mr. Sandeep Mehta, J. The present bail application has been filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. on behalf of the petitioners, who are in custody in connection with F.I.R. No. 130/2014, Police Station Bagoda, Dist. Jalore, for the offences under Section 147, 148, 341, 323, 324, 325, 326, and 308/149 IPC. 2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Public Prosecutor. Perused the material on record 3. The petitioners are in custody in this case from 14.12.2014 for the above offences. None of the injuries caused to the injured Dinesh was on the vital parts of his body. 4. Thus, having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and upon a consideration of the arguments advanced at the bar, this Court is of the opinion that the bail application filed by the petitioners deserves to be accepted. 5. Consequently, the bail application is allowed. It is ordered that the accused-petitioners, Deva Ram, Ramesh Kumar, Chottha Ram and Sharwan arrested in connection with F.I.R. No. 130/2014 RS. Bagoda shall be released on bail, provided each of them furnishes a personal bond of Rs. 50,000/- and two surety bonds of Rs. 25,000/- each to the satisfaction of the learned trial court with the stipulation to appear before that Court on all dates of hearing and as and when called upon to do so.
