JUDGMENT 1. It is a case of transfer. Writ petition is of the year 2014. 2. The petitioner is a Government Teacher appointed in May, 1999. Thereafter the petitioner was appointed as Lecturer. The petitioner challenged the order dated wherein it is stated that the order of transfer has been kept in abeyance and also order dated 14.07.2014. The second relief is to quash Order No. HSSRA-1070 dated 12.08.2014 by which the petitioner has been relieved in deference to order dated 14.07.2014 and also sought writ of mandamus directing the respondents to retain the petitioner to his present place of posting at GHSS Samba. 3. In the writ petition, the petitioner states that pursuant to impugned order dated 14.07.2014, the petitioner was transferred from GHSS Samba and adjusted in HSS Ramgarh (Samb). Vide order dated 07.08.2014 issued by respondent No. 2, transfer order of petitioner has been kept in abeyance. The petitioner was relieved by respondent No. 5 vide order dated 28.07.2014 in terms of order dated 14.07.2014. In view of the relieving order, the petitioner has no other option to join the present place of posting, i.e., Govt. Higher Secondary School, Ramgarh (Samba), This is against the transfer policy. 4. Status quo order has been passed by this Court on 22.08.2014 but even as per the statement of the petitioner, he joined after being relieved. 5. Now, much water is flown as more than two years have been passed after filing of the writ petition. If the petitioner has any other grievance, he can make a representation to the authority concerned for consideration of his case and the authority shall consider the same expeditiously. The relief sought for by the petitioner, by afflux of time, has rendered infructuous. 6. Therefore, the writ petition shall stand closed.
