JUDGMENT 1. It is a case of transfer. Writ petition is of the year 2015. 2. According to the petitioner it is case of transfer. The respondents, without appreciating the fact that the place where the petitioner was posted is not a flood affected area, erroneously passed the order of transfer as if it is in relation to flood. 3. The petitioner as well as some similarly placed persons were subjected to such an arbitrary transfer order. In this case on 01.04.2015, an interim order was passed by this Court. The petitioner is continuing in the said post for more than two years based on interim order of Court. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner stated that this case is clearly distinguishable from transfer relating to flood hit area. 5. In view of the above, the petitioner is at liberty to make a representation to the authority concerned within a period of two weeks along with copy of this order and the authority concerned shall consider the same for his suitable posting as per the relevant provisions of law. A decision in this regard shall be taken by the authority within a period of two weeks thereafter. 6. Till such time a consideration order is passed, present position of the petitioner need not be disturbed. 7. The writ petition is accordingly disposed of as above.
