ORDER : The Learned Counsel for the Petitioner is present. 2. In view of the fact that the Petitioner was called for personal interview on 10.02.2016 and had appeared before the Selection Committee and also this Court taking note of yet another fact that the Learned Government Advocate for the Respondents, on earlier occasion viz., on 16.02.2016, had informed this Court that based on the resolution/conclusion of Selection Committee, further action would be taken in the subject matter in issue, at this stage, this Court simpliciter closes the Contempt Petition, in the interest of Justice. 3. In fine, the Contempt Petition is closed.
