JUDGMENT : Mansoor Ahmad Mir, J. Mr. Jagdish Thakur, learned counsel for respondent No.2, stated that he is under instruction to make statement that respondent No.2 insurer is ready to settle the claim finally by making payment of Rs.9,00,000/- in lump sum, in addition to the amount already awarded. His statement is taken on record. Learned counsel for the appellant has no objection to the said proposition. His statement is also taken on record. 2. With the consent of the learned counsel for the parties, the award is modified by providing that the claimant is entitled to Rs.9,00,000/- in lump sum, in addition to the amount already awarded. 3. The insurer is directed to deposit the said amount within twelve weeks from today in the Registry and on deposit, the same be released to the claimant, strictly as per the terms and conditions of the impugned award. 4. The impugned award is accordingly modified as indicated hereinabove and the appeal alongwith pending applications, stands disposed of.
