ORDER : This petition has been filed to quash the P.R.C.No.5 of 2015 on the file of the District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate Court, Nathem. 2. As this Court is not inclined to quash the proceedings in P.R.C.No.5 of 2015 on the file of the District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate Court, Nathem, on the basis of the compromise entered into between the parties in view of the serious allegations levelled against these petitioners / accused, learned counsel for the petitioners/accused seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and she has also made an endorsement to that effect. 3. Permission is granted. This Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
