ORDER : This petition has been filed to direct the respondent herein to register a case on the basis of the petitioner's fresh complaint dated 13.02.2016 and proceed with investigation in accordance with law. 2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the State. 3. On reading of the complaint dated 13.02.2016, it is seen that this petitioner and the opposite party are having disputes in connection with a path way and a suit in O.S.No. 516 of 2015 is pending. While so, it is alleged by the petitioner that on 11.01.2016, when she came to take photographs, the opposite party had threatened the petitioner on dire consequences. 4. A reading of the complaint does not inspire confidence of this Court for issuing a direction to the respondent police to register an FIR. 5. At this juncture, learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that on the complaint given by the petitioner, petition enquiry in CSR No.95 of 2016 has been conducted and the same has been closed. 6. In view of the above submission, this Criminal Original petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out her remedy before the appropriate forum in the manner known to law.
