ORDER : This petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent to transfer the investigation in Crime No.403 of 2015 on the file of the 2nd respondent to any other competent authority under the supervision of the 1st respondent. 2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that the investigation in Crime No.403 of 2015 has been completed and a final report has also been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Aranthangi on 12.11.2015 and the same has not yet been taken on file. 3. In view of the above submission, this Court is of the view that no positive direction can be issued to the 1st respondent to transfer the case in Crime No.403 of 2015 to some other agency. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy before the appropriate forum in the manner known to law. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
