ORDER : This petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent police to register an FIR based on the petitioner's complaint dated 29.04.2015. 2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the State, who would submit that on the complaint given by the petitioner's brother, the respondent police has registered a case in Crime No.29 of 2015. P.N. PRAKASH, J. 3. In view of the above submission, this Court is of the view that no positive direction can be issued to the respondent police to register a fresh FIR on the complaint dated 29.04.2015, said to have been given by the petitioner. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
