ORDER : This petition has been filed to direct the respondents to register the case based on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 12.02.2016. 2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the State. P.N. PRAKASH, J. 3. On reading of the complaint dated 12.02.2016, it is seen that there is a dispute between the petitioner and his family members inasmuch as it is alleged by the petitioner that a document was executed illegally on 05.09.1996. Since the matter essentially appears to be civil in nature, this Court is of the view that no positive direction can be issued to the respondent police to register an FIR. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy before the appropriate forum in the manner known to law.
