JUDGMENT Heard Sri Ravi Singh, learned counsel for the appellant. 2. In this special appeal the prayer is to the effect that the judgment & order, passed by the learned Single Judge and the and the impugned termination order should be set aside and the appellant be continued in employment of the U.P. State Road Transport Corporation. 3. The sum and substance of the action against the appellant is that the appellant was employed on the strength of the certificate issued by Hindi Sahitya Sammelan and her services were dispensed with on the ground that the said certificate cannot be considered for retaining her in service as a class III employee. The appellant upon discontinuation of her service, filed the writ petition giving rise to this appeal where an interim order was passed way back in the year 1994. She continued in employment on the strength of the interim order but the writ petition was dismissed finally in the year 2015. 4. It is in this back ground that we had called upon the Corporation to explore the possibility for her alternative employment as she is at the verge of retirement. 5. The U.P. State Road Transport Corporation has on a human approach sent a communication to their counsel Sri Chandra Shekhar Pandey dated 26.2.2016 which is to the following effect ---Hindi--- 6. Having noticed the said communication, we expect that an affirmative information about the appellant's continuance shall be given through the learned counsel by the next date fixed. 7. Let matter be come up on 9th March, 2016 in the Additional Causelist. 8. Copy of the order be given to the counsel for U.P.S.R.T.C. by tomorrow.
