JUDGMENT 1. The petition seeks issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing first information report bearing case crime no.0543 of 2015 under sections 354-A, 504, 506 Indian Penal Code and Section 3(1)(xi) SC/ST Act, Police Station Kasimpur, District Hardoi. 2. Learned A.G.A. appearing for respondent State has given a statement on behalf of investigating agency that because the offence allegedly committed by the petitioners, entails sentence of less than seven years, provisions of Section 41-A Cr.P.C. shall be strictly followed in terms of judgement rendered by Hon'ble Supreme Court of India reported in the case of Arnesh Kumar Vs. State of Bihar and another : (2014) 8 SCC 273 . 3. Considering the stand of the investigating agency, learned counsel for the petitioners states that let this petition be disposed of as not pressed. 4. Accordingly, this petition is disposed of as not pressed.
