JUDGMENT Hon’ble Sudhanshu Dhulia, J. Heard Mr. Rajeev Sharma, learned counsel for the applicant, Mr. S.S. Adhikari, learned Brief Holder for the State and perused the records. 2. The applicant is in jail being implicated in Case Crime No. 160 of 2015, which has been registered under Sections 363/366-A/376/511 of I.P.C. and Section 8 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offence Act, P.S. Rishikesh, District Dehradun. 3. The applicant had tried to rape/molest a six year old girl. From the perusal of the statement of the victim/girl wherein she has categorically stated that the applicant had removed her garment, including her undergarments. She further states that the applicant also inflicted certain injuries on her. 4. Considering the overall circumstances of the case, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the applicant. Accordingly the first bail application is rejected. 6. It is made clear that any observations made by this Court are only for the purposes of bail. It shall not be taken into consideration at all in any other proceedings.
