ORDER : 1. This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition was filed on behalf of the petitioners after the judgment was reserved in the Writ Petition. The CrlMP has been filed for withdrawal of Writ Petition (Criminal) No. 80 of 2015. Keeping in view the assertions made in the petition, the same is allowed and the Writ Petition (Criminal) No. 80 of 2015 is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
