ORDER : This petition has been filed to direct the Respondent Nos.3 to 6 not to harass the petitioner and his family members without any legally sustainable complaint and to direct the 2nd respondent to follow the guidelines issued by the Supreme Court in D.K.Basu ( 1997 1 SCC 416 ) case in matters pertaining to arrest or interrogation and consequently to direct the 2nd respondent to take action against the respondent Nos.3, 5 and 6. 2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that the petitioners are accused in Crime No.211 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police. 3. Under such circumstances, no positive or usual direction of not to harass can be passed in this petition and hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
