ORDER : 1. Mr. Harish N. Salve, learned Senior Counsel representing the Governor of the State of Arunachal Pradesh expresses the view, that important constitutional issues arise in this case, and as such, the matter should be placed before a Constitution Bench in terms of Article 145(3) of the Constitution of India. We tentatively concur with the view expressed by the learned Senior Counsel. 2. The Registry is directed to place the file of this matter before Hon'ble the Chief Justice of India, today itself, for being posted before a Constitution Bench. 3. Liberty to complete pleadings, in the meantime.
