Order : P.S. Rana, J. Petition filed for compounding the case. Learned Advocates appearing on behalf of the parties submitted that out of court settlement executed inter-se the parties. Same is placed on record. In the ends of justice and with the consent of the parties following order passed:- 1. Final compensation amount settled as Rs. 1,20,000/- (Rupees one lac twenty thousand). 2. Revisionist namely Sh. Parkash Chand has given Rs. 70,000/- (Rupees seventy thousand) to complainant Sh. Bali Ram Thakur and Sh. Bali Ram Thakur has admitted receipt of Rs. 70,000/- (Rupees Seventy thousand) in the Court. 3. Remaining compensation amount to the tune of Rs. 50,000/- (Rupees fifty thousand) will be paid by revisionist to Sh. Bali Ram Thakur within a period of three months w.e.f. 13.5.2016. 4. Compounding fee will be paid by revisionist before learned Trial Court within a period of two months according to law. 5. Sentence of imprisonment imposed by learned Trial Court and affirmed by learned First Appellate Court set aside. Judgment of sentence passed by learned Trial Court and affirmed by learned First Appellate Court modified to this extent only. 6. Record of learned Trial Court and learned First Appellate Court be sent back forthwith along with certified copy of order. Criminal Revision Petition No. 222 of 2015 is disposed of. Pending applications if any also disposed of.
