ORDER : 1. Let the matter be listed on 15th February, 2016. 2. Liberty is granted to Mr. Gaurav Bhatia, learned Additional Advocate General for the State of U.P., to file objection to the report of the Commissioner, if any, within two weeks hence. 3. Mr. P.S. Narasimha, learned Additional Solicitor General who has entered appearance on behalf of the C.B.I., shall assist the Court, as certain preliminary objections have been raised by Mr. Shanti Bhushan, learned senior counsel appearing for the respondent Nos.10 to 12. 4. Learned counsel for the parties shall file written notes/submissions by 5th February, 2016, positively so that we can close the matter within two days.
