ORDER : Sanjay K. Agrawal, J. 1. Heard. This is the second bail application filed under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail to the applicant, who has been arrested in connection with Crime No. 46/2015 registered at Police Station Civil Line, District Raipur, for the offence punishable under Sections 420 read with 120-B of the Indian Penal Code, 1860. 2. The applicant's first bail application was dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file same after examination of all the material prosecution witnesses by order of this Court dated 18.08.2015 passed in M.Cr.C. No. 3979/2015. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that seven material prosecution witnesses have already been examined before the trial Court and they have not supported the case of prosecution and therefore, the applicant may be released on bail. 4. After hearing learned counsel for the parties and further taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, I deem it appropriate to dispose of bail application directing the trial Court to expedite the trial and conclude the same as early as possible preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
