JUDGMENT V. RAMASUBAMANIAN, J. Both parties are present before us and they have entered into a compromise and they filed a Compromise Memo, reads as follows:- MEMO OF COMPROMISE "The appellant, namely N. Sadacharam had filed H.M.O.P.No.451/ 2008 inter alia praying for Divorce and the same was dismissed. The respondent herein had filed H.M.O.P.No.131/2008 for restitution of conjugal rights and the same was allowed. Against the orders, the above Civil Miscellaneous Appeal C.M.A(MD) No.1235 & 1236 of 2015 was filed. Pending the appeal the parties herein have agreed to compromise. The terms of compromise is as follows: 1. That the parties have agreed to dissolve the marriage and obtain a decree of divorce. 2. That the appellant herein has agreed to pay Rs.6,00,000/- as full and final payment for maintenance to the respondent. The amount is paid through a Demand Draft No.380133 dated 02.01.2016 drawn on Karur Vysya Bank and the same is received by the respondent. 3. That the memo of compromise shall be produced before the Honourable High Court in the above Civil Miscellaneous Appeal in order to obtain a decree of divorce". 2. The parties were also present in the Court. The appellant/husband produced his identity card. His wife is also present along with her parents. Both have confirmed that they have voluntarily entered into the compromise. Hence, these Civil Miscellaneous Appeals are disposed of in accordance with the Compromise Memo. There will be a decree of divorce in terms of the above said Compromise. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous petitions are closed.
