ORDER : The Learned Counsel for the Petitioner has made an endorsement on the Criminal Revision Petition to the effect that "as per instruction received from the Petitioner, he is withdrawing the Criminal Revision Petition''. Hence, a request is made for withdrawal of the present Criminal Revision Petition and to dismiss the same as withdrawn. 2. Recording the aforesaid fact and the endorsement so made, the Revision Petitioner is permitted to withdraw the Crl.R.C(MD)No.378 of 2014 and the same is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed.
