JUDGMENT Om Prakash-VII,J. This application has been filed by the applicant with a prayer to direct the learned court below to decide the complaint case No.147 of 2007 (Ram Dabar Vs. Liyaqat and others) under Section 427 , 506, 382 IPC, Police Station Ahraul, District Azamgarh, pending in the court of Judicial Magistrate, Azamgarh expeditiously. 2. Heard learned counsel for the applicant and the learned AGA appearing for the State. 3. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and having considered the submissions made by the learned counsel for the parties, the Court below is directed to decide the aforesaid complaint case expeditiously fixing short dates, if there is no any legal impediment. It is further directed that the applicant will cooperate in the trial and no unnecessary adjournment will be sought/granted. 4. With the above observations, the application stands disposed of.
