ORDER : 1. Mr. Babloo Loitongbam is present in Court today and he says that with reference to the Article published in The People's Chronicle on 12th December, 2015, he has been misquoted by the publisher of the newspaper. The editor and publisher of the newspaper are as follows: 1. Mr. Gurumayum Bhabesh Chandra Sharma, Editor 2. Smt. Gurumayum Shanti Kumari Devi, Publisher 2. Issue summons to the editor and publisher of the newspaper for their personal appearance in Court on 12th February, 2016 at 3.00 p.m. since the publication contains a threat not only to this Court but also to the Attorney General for India. These persons will also identify the journalist who has written the Article, which is the subject matter of consideration. 3. The affidavit which Mr. Babloo Loitongbam says he would like to file will be taken up for consideration after we hear the editor and publisher of The People's Chronicle. 4. Mr. Babloo Loitongbam should also remain present in Court on 12th February, 2016 at 3.00 p.m. 5. Learned counsel for the respondents have concluded their submissions. Learned amicus curiae has submitted some written submissions. She says she will file a composite written submissions in a day or two. Learned counsel for the petitioners requests for some time to 3 argue the matter and, if necessary, some clarifications may be given by learned counsel for the respondents. 6. List the matters on 20th January, 2016 at 10.30 a.m. as part-heard matters.
