ORDER 1. The Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB) has filed an affidavit. 2. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of CPCB submits that the CPCB is taking vigorous action. Report be filed within six weeks. 3. In view of the action thus taken by the CPCB, the personal appearance of the Chairman is dispensed with. 4. Employees State Insurance Corporation (ESIC) is permitted to file counter affidavit within four weeks. 5. Rejoinder affidavit be filed within three weeks. 6. The learned counsel for the State of Gujarat submits that an amount of Rs. 4.59 crores has been deposited with the District Collector, Alirajpur and Zabua. 7. The District Collector at the above districts to file an affidavit with regard to the action taken for disbursement of the said amount to the beneficiaries, within six weeks from today. 8. In case reports are not filed within six weeks, the District Collector of these two districts will be present before this Court at their own expenses on 23.08.2016. 9. Post on 23.08.2016 as first item. 10. Parties are permitted to file additional documents.
