ORDER : This petition has been filed to direct the respondents particularly the 2nd respondent not to harass the petitioner in the name of enquiry based on the 3rd respondent's false complaint. 2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), who would submit that on a complaint given by the 3rd respondent, a case in Crime No.99 of 2016 for offences under Section 294(b), 406, 420 and 506(i) IPC and Section 4 of Women Harassment Act has been registered against this petitioner. 3. Under such circumstances, no positive or usual direction of not to harass can be passed in this petition and hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
