ORDER : This petition has been filed to direct the 2nd Respondent to register a case on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 04.02.2016. 2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), who would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner's wife by name Asma, already a case in Crime No. 13 of 2016 for offences under Sections 294(b), 323 and 506(i) IPC has been registered. 3.
