ORDER : 1. Leave granted. 2. We have heard learned counsels for the parties and perused the material on record. 3. The accused-appellant has been in custody from 27th July, 2015 and the trial is likely to take some time for completion. Taking into account the totality of the facts of the case and the above circumstances, we are of the view that the accused appellant should be enlarged on bail in S.T. No.183/2015 in connection with F.I.R. No.107 of 2015 registered at Police Station Hasaud, District Janjgir, Champa, Chhattisgarh to the satisfaction of the learned 1st Additional Sessions Judge, Sakti, District Janjgir-Champa, Chhattisgarh. 4. The learned Additional Sessions Judge is free to impose all such conditions as he may deem fit. 5. The order of the High Court is set aside and the appeal is allowed.
