JUDGMENT Pankaj Naqvi, J. -- Heard Shri Bhuwan Raj, learned counsel for the applicant and the learned A.G.A. 2. The applicant is an accused in S.T No.812 of 2015 (Case Crime No.58 of 2015) under Sections 376,506 IPC and 67 of the I.T. Act, pending before the Additional Sessions Judge, F.T.C, Allahabad. He claims to be aggrieved on account of non-furnishing of documents under Section 207 Cr.P.C and an application dated 16.2.2016 filed by him before the trial court came to be rejected under the order impugned dated 24.2.2016 on the premise that there is an endorsement of acknowledgement of receipt of the documents in the order dated 8.10.2015 of the learned Magistrate. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the alleged endorsement is not of the applicant. 4. Learned A.G.A refutes the submissions. 5. Considering the nature of issue involved interest of justice would be served if the request of the applicant is acceded. No useful purpose would be served by keeping this application pending, in view of the order which the court proposes to pass. 6. This application is disposed of with the direction to the court concerned to supply the requisite documents as claimed in application dated 16.2.2016, as expeditiously as possible. However, if the said documents are very bulky, it would be open for the court below to provide a right of inspection.
