ORDER : This petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to register an FIR on the complaint dated 12.01.2016 given by the petitioner. 2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the State. 3. On reading of the complaint dated 12.01.2016, it is seen that the opposite party has borrowed Rs.36,000/-from the petitioner and in order to give criminal colour to it, the petitioner has stated that she was intimidated by the opposite party and therefore, no positive direction can be issued to the respondent police to register an FIR. 4. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out her remedy before the appropriate forum in the manner known to law.
