ORDER : This petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to register a case based on the petitioner's complaint dated 04.01.2016 and investigate the same in accordance with law and to file a final report. 2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the State. 3. On reading of the complaint dated 04.01.2016, it does not disclose the commission of a cognizable offence and therefore, no positive direction can be issued to the respondent police to register an FIR. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
