JUDGMENT The petitioner has sought the following reliefs: - "(a) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding the opposite parties to grant the benefits of 3rd ACP w.e.f. 01.12.2008 after completion of 26 years of service or grant pay scale of 14300-18300 under selection grade w.e.f. 04.12.2008 as cut of date for ACP has been illegally pre-poned from 13.01.2010 to 01.12.2008 within a specified period of two months." 2. In terms of Government Order No. 08 of 2015 dated 3 March 2015 the learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that by means of this Government Order the earlier government order dated 5 November 2014 has been adopted by the Corporation to extend the benefit of Assured Career Progression. 3. Mr. Chandra Shekhar Pandey, learned counsel for the Corporation has submitted that since the petitioner's representation dated 30.11.2015, submitted to the Managing Director of U.P. State Road Transport Corporation, has been referred to the State Government for its decision, thus the matter is seized with the State Government for a decision. 4. Therefore, we feel it appropriate to dispose of the writ petition with direction to the State Government to take a decision on the petitioner's representation dated 30.11.2015 expeditiously, preferably, within three months from the date of communication of this order. It is clarified that we have not made any finding on merits of the case. The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
