JUDGMENT : ANIL R.DAVE, J. 1. Heard the learned counsel for the parties. 2. Leave granted. 3. It is submitted that the facts of the case on hand are covered by the judgment delivered by this Court in the case of Impulse India P. Ltd. v. Union of India & Anr. in Civil Appeal No. 2091 of 2014 dated 13th February, 2014. 4. The land which has been referred to as Block 'A' in the afore-stated judgment is the land which is the subject matter of these appeals. 5. In the circumstances it is directed that compensation shall be paid to the appellants in terms of the judgment referred to above and the respondents-authorities shall quantify the amount payable to the appellants and deposit the same with the Reference Court/Executing Court within four months from the date of receipt of the copy of this Court's order. 6. The appeals stand disposed of as allowed. No order as to costs.
